EXO’s LAY Crowns Three Awards at Tencent Music Entertainment Awards and Two Awards at iQIYI Scream Night

LAY ZHANG once again proved its supreme popularity at the Chinese year-end awards ceremony.

 

He won the “Top Singer,” “Most Popular Mainland Chinese Male Artist of the Year,” and “Best Selling Digital Album of the Year” awards at the 2019 Tencent Music Entertainment Awards, which held at Cotai Arena in Macau, China on Dec. 8.

 

The awards ceremony hosted by Tencent Music Entertainment, the largest music platform in China. LAY was the only three-time winner and received the most awards, and hit performances such as “SHEEP,” “Lay U Down,” and “Honey” on that night.

 

Besides, LAY won another award at the 2020 iQIYI Scream Night, which held at the Cadillac Arena in Beijing, China on Dec. 6. He won the “Asia Most Almighty Artist” and “Music Producer of the Year.”

 

The 6th “2020 iQIYI Scream Night” is a famous awards ceremony hosted by the Chinese video platform iQIYI. Before stepping in the stage to receive the award, LAY brought a grand opening stage with “NAMANANA.”
