What to Expect from 88rising’s Album ‘Head in the Clouds II’
88rising Records and 12Tone Music are preparing for the release of its sophomore compilation album, “Head in the Clouds II.” Executive produced by Joji, the newest project will drop this Friday, Oct. 11 on digital music platforms.
A few hours ago, the record label announced the 16-tracklist and artists to offer fans a taste of what to expect from the album. Indonesian female star NIKI will join a force with Thai rising artist Phum Viphurit on “Strange Land. The hottest single nowadays “I Love You 3000” will be released for the second version which features Stephanie Poetri and Jackson Wang of GOT7.
Back to Aug. 13, “Indigo” by NIKI was dropping as the first single from their upcoming album. Then followed with “Just Used Music Again” by Poet and Muse RHYME and legendary Japanese producer and DJ Shinichi Osawa, who have joined forces to become RHYME SO. Continued with “Breathe,” by Joji & Don Krez and the latest song of dynamic Asian collaboration between Rich Brian and CHUNG HA on “These Nights.”
The Head in the Clouds II campaign features collaborative work exclusive art direction from legendary Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama. The campaign takes inspiration from the Japanese artist’s signature “Sexy Robot” motifs, featuring graphics and prints on merchandise as well as all album and single art.
